Information We Collect

If you choose to fill out the consultation form on this site, we collect the information you submit through it: your name, email address, and phone number, along with your answers to the form’s questions — for example, whether you’re buying, selling, or relocating, your general timeline, price range, areas of interest, mortgage pre-approval status, and whether you’re already working with another agent.

We don’t collect this information anywhere else on the site. Simply browsing the site without submitting the form doesn’t send us your personal information.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to prepare for and follow up on a consultation with you, and to respond to whatever you’ve asked about. We don’t use it for anything beyond that — no unrelated marketing lists, no unrelated third-party sharing.

Third Parties That Process Your Information

A short, accurate list of every outside service involved when you use this site:

• Cognito Forms collects and stores what you submit through the consultation form, and sends email notifications when a form is submitted (one to Jessica, and typically a confirmation to you).
• Google Calendar — the confirmation email you receive includes a link to Jessica’s Google Calendar booking page. If you use that link to pick a time, you’ll be interacting with Google directly, under Google’s own privacy terms — this site doesn’t send your information to Google itself.
• Sanity hosts and delivers the photos used on this site’s neighborhood pages. It doesn’t receive any information you submit through the form.
• Our hosting provider — like most websites, the infrastructure that serves this site may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and access times) for security and performance purposes.

This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not use cookies to track you across other websites.

We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Data Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as it’s useful for the purpose you submitted it for — generally, for as long as we’re in touch about your real estate needs — or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your Rights

You can ask to see what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Just reach out using the contact information below.
